Shipping
We ship all orders from Brisbane. 
Your order will be dispatched 1-3 business days after we receive it. 

Please note if your product is marked as a preorder the item will ship once the item has been ordered and arrived with us.

For domestic orders expect a usual delivery time of 3-6 days however due to Covid19 Australia Post is experiencing longer delays. We apologise for not being able to guarantee these delivery times at the moment and orders may take 5-9 days. Order early to avoid disappointment. 

Please note if you select standard postage rather than express these items will likely not be tracked, especially the small stickers with postage at $3, these will be untracked. We take photos of the orders before posting so please contact us if your item is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Refund Policy, Damages and issues
We do not issue refunds so please make sure you select the correct product and read the description before purchasing. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In your email please include you order number and photos of the damaged goods to icimerch@outlook.com.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  1. to cancel your service contract with us; and
  2. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

​You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service’.
